What is a connected agent?

A connected agent is a Mac or Windows machine running FeatureTake Agent. It connects securely to FeatureTake Cloud and executes compatible capture journeys on local simulators or devices.

Do client reviewers need paid seats?

No. External client reviewers are unlimited on paid plans.

What counts as a capture job?

A capture job is one execution of a mobile journey. Automatic retries and individual failed-step retries do not count as new jobs.

Do retries count again?

Automatic retries and individual failed-step retries do not count as new capture jobs.

Can FeatureTake use our own machines?

Yes. FeatureTake Agent runs on compatible customer-controlled machines in your studios, offices, or remote setups.

Do you upload raw captures?

Upload policy is configurable. Enterprise plans can use local-output-only mode so raw captures stay on your infrastructure when contracted.

Can we change plans?

Yes. You can upgrade immediately or schedule a downgrade for the next billing period. Existing campaigns and assets remain available according to your plan limits and retention settings.

What happens at a limit?

FeatureTake warns before you hit capacity, queues work where appropriate, and surfaces contextual upgrade options—without silently discarding production work.

Is storage MinIO or S3?

FeatureTake uses secure object storage. Deployment-specific and enterprise storage options are available.
